1 General Terms

33bdjol is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment services to Bangladeshi players. By using this platform, you agree to comply with all our rules, terms, and policies.

1.1 Acceptance of Agreement

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

2 Account Registration and Verification

To bet or play games on 33bdjol, creating an account is mandatory. The registration process is simple but certain conditions must be met.

Only one 33bdjol account is permitted per individual. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended or closed, and we reserve the right to confiscate any winnings.

3 Betting Rules & Terms

Various betting options are available on 33bdjol – Sports Betting, casino games, Live Casino, etc. Specific rules apply to each type of betting.

3.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Verify all information before placing a bet. In case of system error, 33bdjol reserves the right to cancel the bet. Bets placed at clearly incorrect odds may be voided.

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Bets

Each game and betting market has minimum and maximum bet limits. Typically the minimum bet is ৳10 and the maximum varies by game and VIP level. Specific limits are stated on each game's page.

3.3 Sports Betting Rules

For Sports Betting, bets are settled based on results after the match starts. If any match is cancelled, postponed, or delayed by more than 48 hours, all bets will be refunded. Settlement is based on official results – any subsequent changes will not apply.

3.4 Casino Game Rules

All casino game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator), which is audited by third-party organizations. Each game has its own rules available in the game information section. In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final, but rounds may be cancelled if a technical error is detected.

3.5 Game Fairness

4 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

33bdjol supports various local payment methods for the convenience of Bangladeshi players. All financial transactions are secure and encrypted.

4.1 Deposit Policy

You can use bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer to deposit. Minimum deposit is BDT 500 and maximum limits vary by payment method. Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. 33bdjol does not charge any fees for deposits, but payment providers may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw, you must first complete KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 and daily maximum withdrawal limits depend on your VIP tier. Bronze & Silver tiers: ৳50,000/day, Gold & Platinum tiers: ৳1,50,000/day, and Diamond+ tier: ৳5,00,000/day.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Priority processing is available for VIP members. Diamond+ members are usually processed within 4–6 hours. Depending on the payment method, it may take some time to receive the actual funds.

4.4 Same Payment Method Policy

For security purposes, withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for deposits. If multiple methods were used to deposit, withdrawals must be made proportionally. Contact our support team in special circumstances.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

33bdjol follows strict policies to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing. Suspicious transactions are monitored and investigated when necessary. You may be asked to provide proof of the source of your funds. Depositing and withdrawing with little or no betting is prohibited.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

33bdjol offers various bonuses and promotions for new and existing players. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First deposit bonus of up to 200% is available with a maximum limit of ৳50,000. This bonus can be claimed only once. Minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to receive the bonus. Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds typically require 35× wagering to become withdrawable. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires total bets of ৳35,000. Only specified games count toward wagering. Slots contribute 100%, Live Casino 10%, Sports Betting (1.50+ odds) 10%.

5.3 Bonus Validity

Each bonus has a specific validity period. Generally, wagering must be completed within 30 days of claiming the bonus. Unused bonuses will expire after this period.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, low-risk betting patterns, or any other misconduct will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and account closure.

5.5 Promotion Changes

33bdjol reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. If promotion terms change, they will be updated on the website. New terms may not apply to ongoing promotions.

6 Liability & Responsibility

Both 33bdjol and players have certain responsibilities and obligations that must be adhered to.

6.1 33bdjol's Liability

33bdjol is committed to providing a secure, fair, and reliable gaming platform. We will protect your personal information, provide fair odds, and process payments on time. However, we are not liable if services are disrupted due to technical errors, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Player Responsibilities

6.3 Limitation of Liability

Attempting to hack the platform, using bots, using software to influence game outcomes, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.

7.5 Money Laundering

Using the 33bdjol platform for money laundering is a criminal offense. If suspicious activity is detected, we will investigate and cooperate with law enforcement agencies as necessary.
